Key takeaways
Yoseka lists a B6 planner (12.5 × 17.6 cm, 4.9 × 6.9 in) with 3 two-page monthly spreads and 10 two-page weekly spreads, Monday to Sunday.
The 13 spreads use 9 formats: 3 monthly (standard, vertical Gantt, horizontal Gantt) and 6 weekly designs, four of them used twice.
Pages are 68 gsm Tomoe River paper with a 3.7 mm grid, inside a 180 gsm FSC kraft paper cover; Yoseka says it is made in Taiwan.
Yoseka says it has 32 numbered pages, but the parts it lists (6 + 20 + 4) add up to 30, so two pages are unexplained.
Yoseka listed it at US$9.50, in our $$ band ($5-20), and it was unavailable on November 2, 2026; a printing error cut off part of the planner matrix.
What is the YOSEKALAB Two-Month Weekly Planner?
It is a short B6 planner built to test layouts, not to last a year. Yoseka says two of its designers wanted a weekly-layout sampler to help people find the planner they like, and it grew into a self-contained planner for about two months.
Yoseka also sells it, so this is a retailer describing its own product. We could read only Yoseka’s page, read on November 2, 2026.
You can use it to choose a layout, plan a large project, or record a trip. The maker’s page says so, and we have not tested it.
What is in the planner?
Three monthly spreads, ten weekly spreads, four grid memo pages and a 4-page insert. The maker lists these parts for a B6 body of 12.5 × 17.6 cm (4.9 × 6.9 in).
Nine formats: three monthly and six weekly. The monthly spreads are standard, vertical Gantt and horizontal Gantt. The weekly spreads are vertical schedule, horizontal plus memo, vertical plus memo, horizontal quadrant, and two vertical quadrant spreads (divided and memo).
Each layout appears twice except the two vertical quadrant spreads. Yoseka says this lets you try a layout again with a new approach, because “nothing has to be perfect on the first try”.
Yoseka credits its sources: the vertical Gantt follows Bushimen’s PAL, the horizontal Gantt follows Art Print Japan’s Visualife Planner, and the vertical quadrants follow PAL and the OURS Research Project Journal.
Do the page counts add up?
No: Yoseka says 32 numbered pages, but its listed parts add up to 30. The page says the 32 include 3 two-page monthly spreads (6 pages), 10 two-page weekly spreads (20) and 4 grid memo pages. That is 30, and two pages are unexplained.
There is also a known printing error. Part of the planner matrix in the 4-page insert was cut off and misaligned. Yoseka points to a PDF on the product page and a forthcoming blog post instead.
What are the paper and cover like?
The pages are 68 gsm Tomoe River paper ruled in a 3.7 mm grid, inside a 180 gsm FSC kraft cover. The cover photo shows a plain kraft front.
A 3.7 mm grid has smaller cells than a 5 mm grid, so more of them fit on a page. Our Tomoe River paper guide covers the thin Japanese fountain pen paper, mostly in the 52 gsm grade. Yoseka’s 68 gsm is a different weight, and the page makes no claim about ink bleed or show-through.
Who is the YOSEKALAB planner for?
It suits someone who wants to try layouts on Tomoe River paper before buying a full-year planner. It has 68 gsm Tomoe River pages ruled in a 3.7 mm grid, 32 numbered pages and 4 grid memo pages.
Journaling and planning: the 3.7 mm grid and 4 memo pages leave room for notes beside each plan.
Skip it if you want a planner to use all year: it covers about two months, and Yoseka listed it as unavailable. For year-long picks see best planners 2027 and how to choose a planner.
What does it cost?
Yoseka listed it at US$9.50, in our $$ band ($5-20). It showed as unavailable on November 2, 2026. Yoseka’s listing was created in August 2023, and we found no restock notice.
Where is it made?
In Taiwan, per Yoseka’s product page. The page does not name the printer or the paper mill, so we can’t say who supplies the Tomoe River paper.
Frequently asked questions
How many weeks does the YOSEKALAB planner cover?
Ten weekly spreads, Monday to Sunday, plus three monthly spreads. Yoseka names it a two-month planner, and it is undated, so you write in the dates.
Is the YOSEKALAB planner on Tomoe River paper?
Yes, 68 gsm Tomoe River, per Yoseka. Our Tomoe River guide covers the 52 gsm grade, so the weight here is a different one.
What are the nine layouts in the planner?
Monthly: standard, vertical Gantt and horizontal Gantt. Weekly: vertical schedule, horizontal plus memo, vertical plus memo, horizontal quadrant, and two vertical quadrant spreads (divided and memo).
Where did the layouts come from?
Yoseka says the vertical Gantt follows Bushimen's PAL, the horizontal Gantt follows Art Print Japan's Visualife Planner, and one vertical quadrant follows PAL while the other follows the OURS Research Project Journal.
Why does the planner say 32 pages when the parts add up to 30?
Yoseka lists 32 numbered pages, including 6 monthly pages, 20 weekly pages and 4 grid memo pages. That is 30, and the page does not explain the other two.
What was the printing error?
Part of the planner matrix in the 4-page insert was cut off and its graph misaligned. Yoseka points buyers to a PDF on the product page and a blog post instead.
Is the YOSEKALAB planner in stock?
Not on November 2, 2026. Yoseka's page showed it unavailable. We did not find another seller.
Is the YOSEKALAB planner made in Taiwan?
Yes, per Yoseka's product page. It does not say which printer made it.
