It’s a refillable faux-leather diary with a strap that closes into a three-digit combination lock, sold by TIEFOSSI mostly on Amazon. TIEFOSSI makes several designs on the same idea: Sailor, Dragon, Embossed Flower, Phoenix and others, each with an embossed cover, a pen loop, a ribbon and a removable paper block.
The paper is 100 gsm. The Dragon and Sailor mix lined and blank sheets; the Embossed Flower is ruled throughout. TIEFOSSI sells them as gifts for teens and adults who want a private diary.

It’s a privacy lock, not a safe. Three wheels of 0 to 9 give 1,000 possible codes, and the strap is faux leather, so it keeps a diary closed against casual readers.
TIEFOSSI’s instructions say the code starts at 0-0-0. To change it, enter the current code, push the button on the right, turn the wheels to the new code and release.

How do you refill it?
Slide the old paper block out of the inside sleeve and insert a new one. TIEFOSSI’s store sells a B6 refill for the Sailor journal, 7.36 × 5.08 in with 112 sheets of 100 gsm paper, and Amazon lists a “Refill” option on the Sailor listing.
TIEFOSSI doesn’t say whether the Sailor refill fits the Dragon or Phoenix covers, which are a few millimeters larger, so check before ordering.

TIEFOSSI is a Chinese-owned marketplace brand, and it doesn’t say where these journals are made. The USPTO lists the TIEFOSSI trademark, registered April 27, 2021 for diaries and notebooks, as owned by an individual in Anhui province, China.
Amazon sellers of TIEFOSSI lock journals include TIEFOSSI STATIONERY, whose profile names a Shanghai company, and Precious Princess, a Hangzhou company. Amazon’s Product information lists only “Manufacturer: TIEFOSSI” and no country of origin.
