Kodomo no Kao Pochitto Pick!: Six Removable Stamps
The Kodomo no Kao Pochitto Pick! is a set of six self-inking button stamps clicked into a 93 mm frame. Unlike the Pochitto6, each 14 mm stamp pops out, so you can stamp it alone, turn it or swap it. Kodomo no Kao gives about 6 mm icons and about 1,000 prints per stamp, at ¥1,760 (about US$11) in Japan.

What is the Kodomo no Kao Pochitto Pick!?
It’s six small self-inking stamps clicked into a frame, and each one lifts out on its own. Kodomo no Kao, a Japanese rubber-stamp maker, launched it in June 2024 as an evolution of its Pochitto6, after users asked to carry only the designs they use.
You take the frame out of its clear case, set it on the page and press the icon you want. Or you pop one stamp out, turn it to any angle and press it alone. “Pick” is the point: pick the icons, put them back in any order.

| Six in the frame | 17 × 93 × 13 mm (0.7 × 3.7 × 0.5 in) |
| Clear case | 21 × 97 × 18 mm (0.8 × 3.8 × 0.7 in) |

| Prints | About 1,000 per stamp, no refill ink |

| Released | Stores from mid-July 2024 |
Sizes and price are from Kodomo no Kao’s launch page; materials and print life from its Stamp Ripple online store. The store’s listing repeats the stamp size for the case, so we use the launch page’s 21 × 97 × 18 mm.
How is it different from the Pochitto6?
The Pick!’s stamps come out; the Pochitto6’s are fixed in one stick. That single change lets you stamp at an angle, line up a row of the same icon, or carry three favorites instead of six.
| Pochitto Pick! | Pochitto6 | |
|---|---|---|
| Stamps | 6, removable | 6, fixed in a stick |
| Body | 17 × 93 × 13 mm | 15 × 77 × 14 mm |
| Icon size | About 6 mm | About 5.5 mm |
| Prints | About 1,000 per stamp | About 1,000 per design |
| Japan price | ¥1,760 (about US$11) | ¥990 (about US$6.30) |
| Refill packs | Yes, 3 stamps | No |
The trade-off is size and price: the Pick! is 16 mm longer and costs more in Japan. If you only ever stamp in a fixed set, the Pochitto6 is the cheaper, slimmer stick.
Which designs are there?

Kodomo no Kao’s store says the Pick! won an excellence award (優秀賞) at Bungu Joshi Haku 2024, a large Tokyo stationery fair.
Can you build your own set?
Yes: since November 28, 2024 Kodomo no Kao has sold three-stamp packs and an empty frame. The packs (1851-001 to 012) cost ¥825 (about US$5.20) and the frame with case (1852-001) ¥275 (about US$1.70) in Japan, and the stamps swap with the regular 1802 sets.
That makes a “semi-original” set possible: a health tracker, a work set, a kids’ schedule. On Amazon US the three-stamp packs appear as imports too.
How do you use it in a planner?
Use it as a marker, not a decoration: about 6 mm fits a day cell or sits beside a line of text. A single stamp is easy to aim because you see the whole page around it.
The removable stamps suit habit trackers and logs, where you repeat one icon down a column. For larger layouts or dates, pair it with a Midori Paintable Stamp Half Size or a Midori rotating date stamp. On the 3.7 mm grid of a Hobonichi Techo Original, a 6 mm icon covers about two squares.
Where is the Pochitto Pick! made?
Kodomo no Kao doesn’t say on its launch page or store listing. The company itself is a Japanese stamp maker; it lists the related Pochitto6 as made in China, but we haven’t found a statement for the Pick!, so check the package.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Pochitto Pick and Pochitto6?
The Pick!'s six stamps come out of the frame one by one, so you can stamp, rotate or rearrange them; the Pochitto6's are fixed in a stick and pressed by button. The Pick!'s icons are also slightly bigger, about 6 mm against 5.5 mm.
How big is a Pochitto Pick stamp?
Kodomo no Kao gives a single stamp as 14 × 14 mm and 12 mm tall, a little over half an inch square. Six of them in the frame measure 17 × 93 × 13 mm.
Does the Pochitto Pick need an ink pad?
No. Each stamp is pre-inked (self-inking), so you press it straight onto the page. Kodomo no Kao says there's no refill ink and gives about 1,000 prints per stamp.
Can you buy single Pochitto Pick refill stamps?
Kodomo no Kao sells three-stamp packs (1851-001 to 012) at ¥825 (about US$5.20) and an empty frame with case (1852-001) at ¥275 (about US$1.70) in Japan, so you can build your own set of six.
How many Pochitto Pick designs are there?
Twelve at launch, item numbers 1802-001 to 1802-012, from weather and schedule icons to pandas, vehicles and stationery.
Where can you buy Pochitto Pick in the US?
Mostly as a Japan import: Amazon US carries several designs through import sellers. Kodomo no Kao's own Stamp Ripple store sells in Japan.
Is the Pochitto Pick made in the USA?
No. Kodomo no Kao is a Japanese stamp maker, and its pages don't state the country of manufacture for the Pick!.
