**Pelikan tied a Classic pen to an Edelstein ink every year from 2017 to 2025.** Its timeline notes the Ink of the Year with the 2017 Smoky Quartz and the 2018 Olivine, and its pages pair Star Ruby, Moonstone, Golden Beryl, Apatite, Rose Quartz, Golden Lapis and Apricot Achat with an ink of the same name.

**Start with Pelikan Passion's timeline and archive, then the Collector's Book, which covers special and limited editions from 1993 to 2020.** Pelikan's FAQ says most spare parts come from specialist retailers.

For care, Pelikan advises rinsing a daily pen once a year and an occasional pen every six months, with no detergents, and using bottled ink within 12 to 18 months.
